Research work is devoted the features of financial and management accounting under their automation. A research object is system of financial and management accounting of LTD "Start and Adjustment" from the standpoint of the possibility and feasibility of their automation. An aim of research work is to develop a concept for automated systems of financial and management accounting in the company LTD "Start and Adjustment". In the process of research such methods were used: scientific methods of economic researches (systematization, grouping and generalization, analysis and synthesis, deduction and induction, formalization) and special economic methods (tabular-calculation, graphic, economics-statistical, methods of design, planning). Basic scientific job: gives the recommendations of the electronic document and workflow organization, integration based on financial and management accounting, establishing effective communication distance between the accounting subjects, improvement software, specification of functional responsibilities of accounting professionals in terms of its automation that helps optimize information flows on LTD "Start and Adjustment". Organization of automated financial and management accounting on LTD "Start and Adjustment" fosters economic benefit of saving payroll service personnel and administrative costs for premises store almost two reduces the complexity of accounting and analytical work due to their automation allows us to pass on the internal electronic document management, significantly reduce losses due to theft of goods due to higher level of control over commodity transactions, which confirms the economic efficiency of introduction of information technologies in the enterprise.
