It is estimated power quality at the input of 0.4 kW netyahovoho consumer, which is powered from the line of "two wires - rail" AC electrified area. Based on the comparison of the results with measurements related to traction substations proposed to reduce the voltage unbalance in the tire traction substations via improving control systems for reactive power compensation. Recommendations on the use of reactive power compensation directly to the input of the investigated consumers to reduce reactive power flows and minimize fees under its flow.
