The polymorphism analyses methods were designed and optimised - specific PCR oligonucleotide primers and zonds were designed and synthesized. Distribution of genotypes and allel variants of all investigated genes in groups of patients with preeclampsia and ischemic stroke and control groups was detected. No association between preeclampsia and investigated genes (F2, F5, F7, MTHFR) polymorphic variants were found out.
