A purpose of researches is a search of ways of activation of naturally-biological potential of soil during minimization of his till for the increase of the productivity of cultures. The productivity of grain of wheat winter-annual at application of preparation of Dіаzоfіt rose on 0,38-0,45 t/ha depending on a method and depth of till of soil under her the predecessor. An income from application of preparation of Dіаzоfіt for treatment of seed of wheat winter-annual laid down 1068,62-1278,62 grn./ha. Maximal income from application of preparation a Mіcrоguміn in sowing of barley furious laid down 436,62 grn./ha in a variant with shallow till of soil (12-14 sm), and minimum - 212,62 grn./ha in a variant from by deep till (18-20 sm).
