The nonparametric method of image analysis of interphase cells nuclei of a buccal epithelium is developed. The modified extragradient method is proposed. The experimental study of efficiency of the developed algorithms on typical problems of signal processing and machine learning is conducted. The method and algorithms of mathematical simulation of dynamics of a mass transfer of liquids taking into account phase transformations is constructed. Numerical realization of a method is offered and graphs of dynamic distribution of sizes of pressure, speeds and energy are received. The problem of maximizing the income at the grown-up biomass in culture of microorganisms on the basis of mathematical model is investigated. The problem on influence of industrial drains on environment is solved.
