The aim of study is to develop the Guidelines for drawing up bridges passports, certificates, technical reports on inspection and testing the bridges and culverts, updating the passport form of the bridge for its inclusion to the composition of the Analytical expert bridge management system (AEBMS). Social effectiveness of the development implementation consists in the use of Guidelines for building norms DBN V.2.3-6 that will positively affect the quality and term of work performance and ensure equipment cost reimbursement.
