The estimation of resources of 24 species of medicinal and food plants of Western Polissya of Ukraine (within Rivne and Volyn region), established their biological, exploitation reserves of raw materials and allowable of the amount of annual using level of districts. The authors express methods of accounting resource of model researched species was approved. The recommendations about the balanced use and conservation of phytoresources which transferred to the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of Ukraine for the State cadastre of flora.
