Propositions about changes and additions to existing documents and adoption of new documents, proposed order of elaborated propositions embodiment into practical usage that aimed at efficiency increasing of CNPP decommissioning and transformation of 'Ukryttya' object into ecologically safe system and providing with measures of radiation and ecological optimization were developed.
