As part of this task, the evaluation scientific & technological and innovation activity in developed countries have been analyzed, first of all in EU countries (Community Innovation Scoreboard and corresponding sector "scoreboards", etc.) with the utilization of modern systems of integrated indicators; the possibility of implementation of such systems in Ukraine have been studied and recommendations for changes in the relevant statistical questionnaires and procedures for data collecting and processing are proposed; corresponding calculations, which allow to make an appropriate comparative analysis of the development of science and innovation in Ukraine and in the European countries, have been performed; practical recommendations to the evaluation of the level of internationalization of S&T organizations have been proposed.
