Object of research- warp mesh knited fabric for surgery. An aim of work is an improvement of technological process of making of warp fabric of the mesh structure from polypropylene monofilaments by a diameter 0,12 мм. Method of research of - experiimental. Equipment: warp-machine of Кокетт 18 class . In accordance with the technical requirements of Customer the analysis of linear closeness of goods made on commission is conducted - monofilaments polypropylene a diameter a 0,12 mm neopainted and painted; the temporal technological mode of making of warp-knitted of the set reticulated structure is worked out taking into account especiality monofilaments for the receipt of linen with necessary to Customer of parameters Experience parties of linen are made from neopainted and painted monofilaments in an amount 530 m.sq. and passed to Customer for the use in an own production.
