Description

Analyzed the existing foreign technological scheme of gasification of solid fuels in the stream, in a fluidized and fixed beds of world-renowned companies. A mathematical model of the aerodynamics, heat and mass transfer and chemical response of a polydisperse ensemble of particles of coal production in the gasifier taking into account heterogeneous and homogeneous chemical reactions, radiative and convective heat transfer between solids, gas and reactor wall. Using this model povratno performed engineering calculations of the process steam-oxygen gasification under pressure of 4.2 MPa and obtained detailed information about this process. The technological scheme of the process of steam-oxygen gasification of pulverized brown coal of Alexandria. On the basis of theoretical analysis of single-stage and two-stage processes of steam-oxygen gasification of selected single-stage scheme of gasification under pressure of 4.2 MPa Alexandria brown coal in high-temperature upward flow. The construction of a gasifier at the stage of draft. The calculations on the strength of the membrane surface and reactor pressure vessel. It is shown that the tension in the membrane does not exceed the allowable values. Based on the slag film temperature is selected obmorok ZrO2 membrane gas generator. Held povratno-design calculations two variants of burners and their arrangement is selected.
