The object of study: technological processes for the production of nanostructured materials based on modified silicon (IV) dioxide and borosilicate glass, new glass materials and coatings based on them. The purpose of the work - the creation of materials based on modified silicon (IV) dioxide and development of technological parameters of producing low-melting borosilicate glass and anti-corrosion coatings which are promising for use in various fields of science. Methods of investigations – calculus and basic physic-chemical methods of analysis. Created materials based on silicon (IV) oxide, modified with organic matter, oxides of vanadium and titanium, and received a set of data on the properties of the obtained nanostructured multifunctional materials. The main technological parameters of manufacture of borosilicate glasses studied anti-corrosion coatings for steel pipelines for hot water; low-temperature sealing solders to housings for electronic circuits; insulating coatings for metal substrates of thick film hybrid circuits; proposed projects technological instructions on enamel coating.The area of usage is the production of C 23.19 the production and processing of other glass, including technical; C 23.44 the production of ceramic products for industrial purposes; С 20.13 manufacture of other inorganic basic chemicals С 25.61 the treatment of metals and deposition of coverages on metals; C 22.1 production of rubber; M 72.19 research and experimental development in other natural sciences and engineering.
