In conditions of clinical experiment, based on a complex examination of 100 patients with disorders of the digestive system and organs of musculoskeletal system new data concerning impact of internal use of natural highly siliceous mineral water of Derenivka spa on the functional state of the hepatobiliary system and kidneys, acid-base balance and main therapeutic effects of its external use were obtained. As a result of these researches differentiated methodics of internal and external use of mineral water were developed.
