The object of study - the development of corporate management in terms of transnationalization of the world economy. The purpose of work - theoretical and methodological study of the concept of international technological integration of Ukraine and the directions of its high-tech expertise through the development of corporate management in terms of transnationalization of the world economy. Methods: scientific abstraction, analysis and synthesis, factor analysis, methods of economic and statistical analysis of economic-mathematical modeling. Theoretical and practical results: The basic tendencies of development of the international technological exchange, revealed the main forms of technology transfer and country-market leader; The main factors influencing the selection of forms of technological exchange TNC; It made a comparative description of the leading forms of technology transfer; The basic approach of attracting Ukraine into the international scientific and technical exchange; analyzes the technology sector of Ukraine and the state program of development of science, technology and innovation sphere, made recommendations for the advancement of the technology sector of Ukraine (using the methods of grouping and classification, statistical analysis); Playback component of resource industries by technology transfer; recommendations on the use of tools of strategic and operational marketing in the commercialization of innovative technologies transfer of environmental trends; summarizes the experience of leading European universities m. Lund (Sweden), Mr .. Coventry (UK), Mr .. Gdansk (Poland), Mr .. Porto (Portugal) on innovation activities and forms of cooperation of universities with the business because of the activities of industrial parks and business centers, formed the main trends in the development of innovative management of universities and held a workshop for the heads of the relevant departments under. Results of research can be used by public authorities in the development of concrete measures to enhance the integration process, the specialists of research of scientists and universities in Ukraine; managers of companies and banks to expand the forms of scientific and technical cooperation with universities; investment market participants to prioritize investment in domestic and foreign economic policy, as well as in the educational process in teaching disciplines of the innovation cycle.
