Dynamic of destruction of multicomponent household food waste, typical for Ukraine, was shown. Engineering and technological parameters of effectiveness of hydrogen fermentation of Ukrainian multicomponent food waste by granuled microbial preparation were studied. Hydrogen fermentation was shown to be effective and safe autonomous biological method of destruction of industrial volumes of multicomponent food waste. Also it can be used as the method of their preliminary processing
