As a result of this project will be a comparison of molecular and biological properties of Ukrainian and Austrian strains Sharkey plums. We expect some really interesting findings about the evolution of PPV selected in Eastern and Central Europe. The technology of virus-free planting material will be developed together with the methods of quality control using modern approaches and biological and molecular biological analyzes. As a result of this project will increase the effectiveness of virus elimination using a comprehensive approach based on the culture in vitro, thermotherapy and cryotherapy by their substantial improvement in combination with antiviral therapy, which is used in modern medicine.
