In the research work the methods to ensure the functional stability of distributed information-telecommunication systems are presented. The object of research is the functioning of distributed information systems under the impact of external and internal destabilizing factors. The work task is the development of a methodological apparatus to improve functional stability to a given level of distributed information systems functioning under the influence of the flow of external and internal destabilizing factors. Research methodology - payment and constructive and statistical analysis of baseline information that describes the functioning of the research object on the basis of mathematical models for solutions of equations with small nonlinearity and a positive number defined symmetric operator. The research results are the basis for the implementation of the corporate and local information networks to ensure their functional stability relative to external and internal destabilizing factors.
