Object of study: blood pressure in students, pupils of different age groups, the level of anxiety, mental activity, the state of autonomic regulation, functional state of the visual analyzer children of senior school age while working on a computer monitor. Objective: To explore the physiological mechanisms of adaptation of pupils and students with modern educational loadings, ways to optimize educational opportunities and prevention of functional disorders, which could be developed. Methods: Statistical, sociological, psychological testing, anthropometry, electroencephalography, electrocardiography, blood pressure and heart rate, tetrapolar rheography transthoracic. The research results: Conducted researches of the condition of central and peripheral hemodynamics in students 18-25 years with normal and high blood pressure, intensively used in the classroom PC for different weather types, allowing more widely evaluate the importance of meteotropic reactions on course and the possibility of forming stable pathological changes in the form of hypertension. Studying the peculiarities of formation of higher psychological functions in students during the school year allowed making the analysis of the adaptive possibility and creating preventive methods the development of cardiovascular disease in young people. High information loading on the modern pupil, student and their constant use of computer technology requires constant changes of adaptation mechanisms, that are able to change the health of young people. This is manifested in the appearance of functional disorders of the nervous and cardiovascular systems, violation of the musculoskeletal system, visual and auditory analyzers.
