The purpose of research - studying of realization of literary norm in different forms of professional language and introduction of codified means into communication of medical workers. Certain aspects of laterary norm realization were always in the study of different branches of linguistics. In recent years communicative approach to language intensified, that means study of conditions of real communication, influence of intra- and extralingual factors on type of conversation, relations between numerous statements, speaker and addressee. It is in the study of language in terms of its structure according to communicative tasks. Communicative aspect is also actual for studying professional speaking of medical workers. Based on psychological and social specialities of conversation scholars identify interprofessional and intraprofessional communication. Doctor should to have culture of constructive dialogue, to be able to perceive, to reproduce and to prepare professional texts, to possess techniques of writing and public speaking, to be able to lead and support business conversation in the professional activity. He has to realise different literary norms skillfully in his speaking. In the works of linguists attention is focused almost on complience of literary norms by language teachers, journalists, civil servants. In spite of the existence of separate studies, where the object is language of medical workers, problem of realization of ukrainian literary language norms in doctor's professsional communication is still actual. Methods of research: theoretical analysis, observation, comparison, method of identifying strong and weak literary norms. The novelty of the work is in complex approach to the study of literary norms realization in professional conversation of medical workers. In this context outline the tasks of the research: - to study the role of cultural speaking activity of medical specialist; - to clarify the meaning of literary norm notion; - to determine the correlation of language norms with communicative qualities of professional speech; - to identify the structure and features of professional communication; - to explore the level of compliance of literary norms in different forms of medical workers professional language and to figure out the causes of appearance of anormatives; - to make analization of ways of introduction of codified means and technological innovations into medical workers communication; - to analize personal-oriented and interactive study technologies, their role in learning and realization of literary norms on all levels of linguistic hierarchy; - to model communicative situations in realization of literary norms in medical workers professional communication. Results and their novelty. During the execution of SRW were produced communicative situations for forming literary norms and introduction into practice of writing and oral conversation: developed methodical recommendations for practical classes and individual students work; materials for preparing students for classes; exercises and tasks, directed on forming language norms on different levels of linguistic hierarchy, that can be realized on practical classes and for control of level of learning the material by students. Results of the research are approved at scientific and practical conferences and seminars.
