New technology of high-strength titanium fasteners (made of VT22 alloy) was developed and tested under conditions of real production. Technology includes thermomechanical producing of rods with intensive rolling-forging method, hardening with rapid heat treatment . Microstructure and mechanical properties of material on different stages of treatmenbt were studied. Experimental batch of fateners having tensile strength not less then 1400 MPa was produced and tested.5481
