The medium-late potato variety with the high field sustainability to late blight had been created, which is able to provide the productivity on 12-15% higher than the standard sorts, and adapted to the conditions of the Carpathians zone. In the results of the researches made on this potato, a new variety of medium-early potato variety Perechynska (4.240-41), late ripening variety Hordenkivska (5.1-12) had been cultivated. The mentioned above varieties exceed according to the productivity the standard Svalyavska and Uzhorodska on 15%,by the potato starchiness on 1%, resistance to the potato wart disease ( both varieties are resistant to two aggressive patotypes). The varieties are being given into the state sorts testing.
