The report considered the history of the seismological observations and characteristics of seismic monitoring Carpathian region of Ukraine, the necessity of modernizing the system of seismic observations in the region. The experience of the operation of hardware and software systems for registration of seismic events DAS and the ways to improve them. Presented developed test tested hardware solutions and software packages for recording seismic events.
