Objects of the study: blood plasma fractions by Сohn, virus inactivation, thiocyanate method, biospeсific inorganic silica sorbents, coagulation and fibrinolysis factors. Objective: To identify the main stages of chemical methods of inactivation of viruses in the process of obtaining blood protein using the methods of the prior fractionation and affinity chromatography on macroporous silica sorbents. Methods: fractionation, virusinaсtivation chemical agents biospecific and permeable gel chromatography, centrifugation, ultradiafiltration, electrophoresis. As a result of the work received the following scientific and practical results: first time in the processing technology of plasma for certain protein products using fractionation by Kohn, salt and PEG-reprecipitation and chromatographic purification on biospecifical dye-silica macroporous sorbents, introduced thiocyanate method of inactivating viruses; use for viral inactivation in a different technological scheme of the mechanism of chemical agents (alcohol, PEG-precipitation, thiocyanate, solvent-detergent) due to their synergy increases the antiviral effect the final preparative obtaining protein preparations; an easy-to-use photometric express method of determining the content of thiocyanates in food processing plasma, which allows measurement of the concentration range (5-50 x 10-4) mol / L; studied and proved experimentally reverse the negative effect of inactivating agents investigated the activity of coagulation factors and fibrinolysis; The effects of virus inactivatng reagents for sorption properties of macroporous silicon-inorganic sorbents different specificity. The possibility to use thiocianates, not only for anti-virus processing, but for specific protein components of elution chromatography sorbents; thiocyanates for removal of protein solutions proposed methods using precipitation, dialysis, ultradiafiltration, gel permeation chromatography; the experiment proved the absence of residual virus inactivating agents in the final protein product; established laboratory regulations preparation of macroporous silica sorbents; obtaining coagulation factors and fibrinolysis using macroporous silica sorbents; thiocyanate salt use in technology for coagulation factors and fibrinolysis. Degree of implementation: application laboratory regulations thiocyanate salts in technology for coagulation factors and fibrinolysis, acts implementations, reports at international scientific forums, publications in scientific literature. Registered technologies: "Method of allocation of clotting factor IX", "method of plasma fractionation". Areas of application: blood centers, chemical-pharmaceutical companies, research organizations. Efficiency: the simultaneous use of different chemical methods on virus inactivation technology significantly increases total protein antivirus security of end products. Application biospecifical macroporous sorbents allows obtaining protein factors without impurity content virus inactivation agents. Published 35 scientific papers, including 4 articles, obtained one patent, filed one patent application, registered 2 technologies for preparations, prepared materials for registration technology.
