The object of study - 43 patients with diffuse large cell lymphoma , 33 non-Hodgkin's lymphoma patients in marginal areas, 2 patients in hepatosplenic T-cell lymphoma, 5 patients in mantle zone lymphoma, 4 follicular lymphoma patients in 7 patients with lymphoma in vorsychastyh lymphocytes, 2 patients with diffuse large cell T-cell lymphoma, 13 patients on mature-cell lymphomas of low degree malignancy classification Working Formulation. Purpose - to ascertain the effectiveness of splenectomy in patients with non-Hodgkin's lymphoma and based on long-term results to review and develop current indications, nature, tactics of surgical intervention and postoperative care in these patients. The paper used clinical, cytological, histological, radiological, sonographic, immunophenotype studies, computed tomography. A retrospective analysis of direct and distance results splenectomy in 43 hvoroyh to diffuse large cell lymphoma, 33 patients for lymphoma marginal zone, 2 patients hepatosplenic T-cell lymphoma, 5 patients with lymphoma of mantle zone, 4 patients with follicular lymphoma, 7 patients for lymphoma with vorsychastyh lymphocytes, 2 patients with diffuse big-cell T-cell lymphoma, 13 patients with mature cell lymphomas of low degree malignancy classification Working Formulation. Splenectomy eliminates abdominal discomfort, eliminates the phenomenon of hipersplenizm, reduces dependence of chemotherapy, reduces the manifestations of regional portal hypertension. In diffuse lymphoma velykoklitynnyh immediate effectiveness of splenectomy recorded in 91.4% of patients. In cases hepatosplenic T-cell lymphoma and diffuse large T-cell lymphoma operative treatment proved unsuccessful. The most effective splenectomy was in Non-Hodgkin's lymphoma marginal zone of the spleen.
