Conditional components act as ligands to form complexes with lanthanide ions: Tb (III)), Y (III)) and Sc (III) and sensitizing their luminescence in a thin layer of sorbent. Techniques developed differ from the known improved selectivity, sensitivity and simplicity of analytical procedures and allow for visual determination tests. The main objectives of the project is to study the complexation of Ln (III) with the phenolic compounds (catechins, vanillin), hydroxybenzoic and hydroxycinnamic acids series (chlorogenic, gallic). Emphasis is placed on the choice of analytical forms suitable for use as optical sensors. To that end, studied the spectral-luminescence characteristics (absorption, luminescence excitation triplet level of ligands, the quantum yield of luminescence) in solution and in the sorbates complexes, the possibility of using lanthanide fluorescent marker as a developing solution to thin layer chromatography to create a fluorescent sensors. The study of heterogeneous reactions and analytical development on the basis of their different means of sorption-luminescence determination allows the combination of concentration and elimination of emission-free energy loss related to diffusion, which is a prerequisite for growth and ekspresnosti sensitivity analysis. On the basis of studies selected sensor systems based on lanthanide complexes sorbates (III) and developed methods of visual test determination of phenolic compounds - markers of quality of cognac, wines, energy drinks, vegetable raw materials and foodstuffs.
