Theoretical and methodological basis of regional structural policy forming and implementation is developed. Peculiarities of reproduction, organizational, institutional, technological and foreign economy proportions in the economy of Ukraine's regions are analyzed. Tendencies, specifics and patterns of structural dynamics of Ukraine's regions' economy are evaluated. The instruments of institutional management of structural disparities are defined. Prognosis model of structural changes in the economy of Ukraine's regions is developed. Regions' typology by the intensity of economic activity types' development is conducted. Strategic priorities and ways of regional structural policy efficiency increase are defined. Research object - structural processes in the regions' economy. The research aims to develop theoretical, methodological and methodical foundations for forming of regional structural policy and grounding of its priorities and implementation mechanisms at state and regional levels in terms of regions' economy modernization. Research methods: generalization, structural and functional analysis, logical analysis and synthesis, econometric modeling, etc. Implementation sphere - activity of state and regional governance bodies.
