This allowed increasing efficiency of molecular fluorescence and luminescence in inorganic environment as compared to complexes in solution. It is found, that Nd (III), Er (III), Yb (III) porphyrinates are optimal compounds for creation of light-transforming films with thickness 10-100 micrometer, which transform UV-radiation to IR-radiation with quantum exits up 0.0027. Hybrid nanoparticles with the sizes of 240-370 nm, possessing effective luminescence in the visible spectrum, were obtained from the complexes of calix[4]arenes with Eu (III) and Tb (III). It is perspective for creation of photo- and chemically stable luminescent sensors, biomedical marks and probes, devices of the optical setting. Influence of inert and air mediums on the synthesis of ultra-dispersed systems based on cerium and europium fluorides in nitrate fusions at 350°С, and influence of heat treatment on optical properties of salt fusions of binary and composite Eu (II) chalcogenides have been studied. Unalloyed and activated by the ions of Eu3+ Ba3Tb(PO4)3 was obtained by thermolysis of composite precursors at 1000С.The activated by the ions of Eu3+ K2SrP2O7 was obtained.
