The most unfavorable factors affecting office workers are microclimate, intensity of work and the lack of air ionization. Among office workers found an increase in the rate of aging to 4,2 ± 1,3 years, compared to the population’s norm. The level of morbidity with temporary disability among office workers was significantly 2.0 - 2.2 times higher than the average for Ukraine. According to the medical examination of pathology of the vision recorded in 61.9% of office workers, chronic respiratory diseases in 18% of employees. In order to improve working conditions, there was developed and implemented a set of measures of prevention. The studies indicate the need for harmonization of national standards with the legal framework of the EU
