A study of physiological and hygienic impact light environment, equipped with LED lights with light sources Tkol. 3100K and 5999K, the performance of complex visual work (category IVv) at three levels of illumination in lux 200-400-600 under laboratory experiment (8 volunteers) in a production environment, (11 employees), and in terms of the educational process in high school (81 student) for two months. In a laboratory experiment found that the level of the functional state of the visual analyzer with the highest level of illumination of 600 lux on the system overall uniform illumination and a higher level of performance efficiency is determined by visual color temperature of 5999 K. Working conditions of illumination LED lighting 200lk, 400lk and does not affect 600lk significantly in latent periods of all components of the VEP, indicating the absence of visible negative impact on the functional state of the visual analyzer for the conditions of the exposure (p> 0.05). Industrial research for 2 months in the light environment showed no negative impact of LED lighting on the exchange of melatonin in the body. Changes functional indices of the studied systems in terms of office workers in the light environment SDDS equipped with Tkol 5999 K, 1 month are oscillatory in nature with a tendency towards their increase (p <0,1), and after 2 months of their values ??are aligned and are stable in nature, which may indicate an active process of adaptation to the new light source - LED.5481
