During the processing of vegetable raw materials for solid fuels is a combined effect of physical, chemical and biological environment factors, which in some cases exceed the normative values. As a result of microbiological studies have found that the most contaminated samples were rape straw and sawdust, pine, solid growth of molds indicates a high degree of contamination fungal flora. At different stages of production workers exposed to large concentrations of microorganisms that can serve as a risk to the health of workers. Manufacturing technology of granules and pellets - high temperature and pressure contributes sanitized finished products of microorganisms. In the study of chemical elements in the breathing zone of workers found significantly higher concentrations of metals in the air of places of employment: Na, K, Ca, Cd, Cu. When compared with the MPC adopted for the compounds of these elements was high in sodium and cadmium in the air of places of employment. The presence in the working environment of high concentrations of chemical elements in the ultra condition can be considered as a potential risk factor in the occurrence of specified vocational and occupational diseases for employees of enterprises for the production of pellets and pellet plant material.
