The magnetic translations are product of common translations and gauge transformations. The gauge transformations leads to appearance of bundles in a mathematical formulation of the problem. It is shown that the Bloch function in a magnetic field is a section of bundle. This fact leads to a quantization of the Hall conductance in according to the Chern numbers.
