Object of research - innovative minings, scientific - consulting and information services. The purpose of research - to supplement bank of the finished scientific minings (innovations), which one are recommended for development in почвенно-climatic conditions of the Chernigov area. To grant scientific - consultation service at implementation of transfer of innovations, to increase a system effectiveness of a scientific - supply with information innovative of transformations(conversions) in agrarian quadrant of area. Method of testings: monographics, историко-developmental, abstract - logical and other. As a result of researches the scientific - organizational fundamentalses of implementation of scientific - consulting maintenance of transfer of innovations in facilities(economy) of the Chernigov area are advanced. The guideline are designed, the intrusion will supply(ensure) which one increase on 10-12 % of a production efficiency. The data bank of the finished scientific minings (innovations) is supplemented, which one are recommended for development in почвенно-climatic conditions of the Chernigov area.
