The aim of work is scientific and practical reasoning and development of basises of perspective and competitive technology of blended oils obtaining from domestic renewable feedstock. Research methods are standard methods according to DSTU. Mathematical modellind and calculation of blended oils have been conducted. New data about physiсochemical properties and biological value of obtained blended oils with balanced fatty acid composition on the base of domestic oils have been obtained. Have been established that oxidative stability of some blended oils are higher that separate oils. Edible and cosmethic emulsion products of special purpose have been obtained on the base of blended oils and its physicaochemical properties and stability against oxidation have been estimated. Project of technological instruction for producing of blended oil on the base of sunflower, soya and canola oils have been developed as well as changes to DSTU 4536:2006 Blended oils. Technical conditions. Technological process for three component blended oils with balanced fatty acid composition production have been tested at the PJSC with II "Dniprovsky oils-extraction plant".
