Purpose - to increase the effectiveness of radiation treatment of patients with resistant forms of cervical cancer through the use of different methods of conformal radiation therapy (CRT) chemo radio modifiers and radiobiological research software. Methods and apparatus: clinical, laboratory, cytogenetic, radio diagnostic, dosimetry. Computer tomography with built-in virtual simulations - "Philips" (Brilliance), the planning system "Eclipse" (Varian), linear accelerator (Linac) "Clinac-2100 CD", GUNE SOURCE (HDR), ultrasound device "Aloca "- FLEXUS, magnetic resonance imaging (MRI)" Magnetom-Vision-Plus-System "(Siemens), universal dosimeter PTW Freiburg" Unidose E ". The optimal technique using CBT accelerated multi fractionation dose and fractionation classical radiation dose during treatment chemo radio modifiers means (ftorafur, cisplatin) during radiation treatment of patients with resistant forms CF CC. The study included 89 patients with refractory forms of cervical cancer treated with combined radiation therapy (CRT) and divided into two main and control groups. I main group consisted of 28 patients with CF cervical cancer who underwent CTR the classical regime fractionation radiation dose (to the area of the pelvis summed single focal dose (FD) 1.8 Gy to a total focal dose (TFD) 45 Gy) using chemo radio modifiers (ftorafur per os 800 mg per day to 3.5-4.0 g and cisplatin 50 mg 1 time a week intravenously to SD 200-300 mg). In II the basic group included 28 patients with cervical CF who CRT carried out by the regime accelerated multi fractionation doses: the area of the pelvis summed 1.3 x 2 times a day at intervals of 4 hours before the TFD 39 Gy to the tumor cell and SOD 45 lymph nodes in the pelvis. Control group consisted of 33 patients with MP cervical cancer who underwent CBT classic: the area of the pelvis summed to 1.8 Gy SFD 45 Gr. In stage II patients PPT rate of all groups intracavitary brachytherapy was performed on the machine "Gyne Source" So60 high activity sources (HDR BT) mode 5 at t. A 2 times a week for 35 LDS December 7 fractions. Radiobiological studies of different modes of CBT have shown that the use of the accelerated mode multi fractionation doses in patients of the main group II decreases 1.4 times the level of unstable chromosome aberrations in peripheral blood lymphocytes of patients after the first session CBT and 1.2 times after the end of BSA. The immediate results of treatment of resistant forms of cervical cancer MT methods developed by CBT evidence of their efficacy and absence of excessive (above II degree) early radiation reactions from critical organs in patients with MP cervical cancer. It was established that the use of methods developed conformal PA in patients with major groups enhances tumor regression without increasing general and local manifestations of toxic treatment.
