The purpose of the study is theoretical substantiation of organizational and pedagogical conditions and technological support of content-forming of prosocial behavior of pupils in terms of preventive and educational environment of the educational institution and experimental verification of their effectiveness. Methods of research: Secondary analysis of psychological and educational research and social monitoring, content analysis of the legal framework of education; Invent-analysis of pedagogical practice, expert evaluation, mathematical processing methods of research results, methods of calculation of integral estimates for quantitative and qualitative analysis of empirical data; statistical comparison, analysis, interpretation and synthesis of facts; methods for determining the levels of prosotsialnoyi student behavior in terms of preventive educational environment of the educational institution. The main results of the organizational and exploratory phase of the study in 2014: the features of the formation of prosocial behavior of pupils of all ages in terms of preventive educational environment of the school; clarified the basic concepts of "prosocial behavior", "the formation of prosocial behavior of students in terms of preventive educational environment"; the development of criteria, indicators and reasonable level; the results of ascertaining experiment showed that only 9.8% of elementary students, 12% of students and 15% of secondary school students have a productive level of development of prosocial behavior, passive level recorded in about half of the students (47% in primary schools, 56% of pupils in secondary and 39% - in high school). Reasons passive level: rooted attitude of teachers to student as an object of educational influence and ignoring its role as a subject of socially significant activities; prevailing orientation of students and teachers on the passive-consumer and entertainment forms of educational activities, the selection of inappropriate methods of education; aborted the educational environment of the institution; lack of coordination among the different actors of education.
