The work was based systematized ideological proposals to achieve a certain goal. The final result of the research is to determine promising areas of improvement processes in obtaining food from raw materials, review of theory and technology of energy-efficient approaches to refrigeration and thermal processing of food raw materials; determine the physical basics of the processes in the dryers, freezers, cupboards and other equipment used in the food industry.
