ЕПК provides the following functions: - stopping of stream of liquid in a fuel highway on the commands electro-remote control; - shutdown of electric drive in the end positions of shutter; - electric signaling of open, unclosed and closed positions of shutter; - mechanical pointing of position of shutter; - redirecting of fuel from one cavity of ЕПК in other and, vice versa, at closed position of shutter and increase of pressure in one of cavities higher than threshold of wearing-out thermo-valve; - redirecting of fuel at closed position of shutter from the cavity of placing of leash. An aggregate consists of hydraulic part and electro-mechanism of РКВ33-4К. In hydraulic part enter corps with two thermo-valves, a valve is preventive for defence of corps of ЕПК, shutter of flat-type. The enumerated elements are accommodated in a corps and communicated between channels. An electric motor, reducing gear, block of sensors of extreme positions of shutter, connector, mechanical pointer of position of shutter, enter in the complement of electro-mechanism. The block of sensors of extreme positions of shutter consists of four microswitchs. Two from them serve for disconnecting of electric motor, and two other intended for signaling of open, closed and unclosed (intermediate) position of faucet-shutter. For connecting to the electric chain of object a faucet has a plug socket. The power supply of faucet comes true from two wire system of power supply of direct-current with nominal tension 27 В. The output billow of electro-mechanism is connected with the billow of hydraulic part, that through a leash related to faucet-shutter. Hydraulic part of ЕПК has two thermo-valve of redirecting of fuel and one safety-valve of producing. The faucet of ЕПК50 has two working positions: "Faucet is open" and "Faucet is closed". At the serve of control electric signal to the corresponding terminal of electro-mechanism a leash moves a faucet-shutter, opening (or closing) passage section of ЕПК. At the end of motion of the faucet-valve on opening (or closing) automatically opens electrо-mechanism power supply and alarm circuit is closed "Faucet open" (or "Faucet closed"). At closed position of ЕПК, in case of increase of pressure in a highway to the certain size, a redirecting thermo-valve works.
