The object of study - dynamic biomechanical system "animal -maintenance facilities." Research methods: Biomechanics (system analysis and synthesis), cybernetic movement modeling (system-driven mathematical and electronic models); theoretical mechanics (vector calculus and differential geometry); mathematical analysis. General contour-pivotal age-productive livestock model that provides the animal body spatial geometric parameters in time from the moment of birth to 5 years was developed. Contour-pivotal models of the mutually mobile animal body parts that allows building of the joint-pivotal and polygonal models of the animal body movements based on their functionality in the technological environment were created. The general methodology and the computer calculation program for kinematic, dynamic and energy characteristics of the joint-pivotal zoological and morphological mechanism for animals of every age up to 5 years were developed using the vector calculation system and experimental video data analysis of the articular animal body movements by the basic life activity processes. There was developed the experimental model of automated mobility analysis system and diagnostic system for determining the physiological animal condition, particularly its productive potential, and limb disease, based on the mobility evaluation by "Kinect" camera sensor and 3D modeling tools "Autodesk 3DS Max", etc. Research results will be used to develop energy-efficient processes and milk production technical tools for reducing energy and resources costs and increasing the animals' productivity.
