Description
Object of study: plant varieties, as an object of intellectual property rights and judicial expertise. Objective: To analyze plant variety in terms of the object of legal expertise in intellectual property and the development of basic methodological concepts: subject, object of this kind of forensic examinations and to identify the main challenges relate to solving expert. Methods: theoretical and methodological background of the research is based on general and special methods that contain dialectical method of scientific knowledge and the fundamentals of forensic expert study. Main results: The basic methodological concept of legal expertise in intellectual property related to plant varieties: object, subject and key tasks include expert to address, given a tentative list of issues, and developed a training program for forensic experts for experts 13.5.1 specialty "Research related to plant varieties" and Checklist for examinations on assignment / qualification of court expert in this field.
