The system of genetic population analysis and modeling of selection processes has been elaborated which implementation in breeding herds will help increase the rate of genetic progress. The method and proposed corresponding algorithms for theoretical analysis of genetic variability of gametes and genotypic variability of animals different levels of consolidation of herediny has been elaborated. The model for the analysis of the inheritance predistables in cattle breeding values during their utilization. The main criteria for the selection of modeling patterns in populations of dairy cattle breeds in future has been determined. The state breeding programmes of the Ukrainian Red&Whate and Black& Whate Dairy Breeds of cattle from 2013 up to 2020 has been elaborated.
