The complex cytogenetic, immunogenetic and molecular genetic studies of early regular reproductive losses in human (recurrent pregnancy loss) were performed for the first time. Results of studies conducted on models interphase nuclei derived from uncultivated and short time cultivated chorionic villi, DNA and RNA extracted from white blood cells of peripheral blood of marriage and chorionic villi samples of spontaneously eliminated in embryos showed besides to the karyotype of the fetus, high homology of couple for DRB1 + DQA1 + DQB1 - loci genes of major histocompatibility complex class II, informative genetic markers of early embryo losses in humans are: the homozygous genotype for the insertion allele polymorphism of insertion/deletion of 14 bp nonclassical HLA-G-gene of HLA-class systems in mother and/or fetus, loss of imprinting gene of insulin-like growth factor IGF-II in the fetus and the presence of genotype TT (pp) and AA (mm) of polymorphic locus c.454-397 T > C (PvuII) of ESR1 gene in marriage.
