T allele carriers demonstrated 1,66 fold higher risk of circulation disorders development. We proved, that carriers of 4 mutated genotypes of folate cycle need homocysteine (HC) level monitoring (HC level higher than 7 mkmol/l means 4,96 fold increasing risk of heavy eclampsia and 6,7 fold increasing risk in case of HC lever higher than 8 mkmol/l). The following factors should determine the risk group: eclampsia during previous pregnancy or in family history, hypertonic disease before pregnancy, diabetes, blood circulation disorders, kidney's lesions, auto-immune diseases, first pregnancy, pregnant woman's age before 18 and after 35 years, short or long (more than 10 years) interval between pregnancies, more than 1 fetus.
