The object of research - the process of preparation of dry building mixes. The subject of research - twin-rotor mixer operating on the principle of turbulent mixing of the components in the preparation of building mixtures for various purposes. Purpose - to create turbulence (high-speed) mixer for the preparation of high-quality mortar. The study analyzed the existing compulsory mixer for the preparation of building mixtures developed concept of the new mixer, the method of calculation of basic parameters of the mixer, the theoretical foundations of the process of preparing construction mix mixer new design, technical documentation of the mixer.
