The main results of research on the development of fundamentals and methods of creation of especially pure and nuclear pure carbon materials are given. The techniques of high temperature thermal -vacuum refining, refining of the activation of carbon materials using NaCl are described. The data on the efficacy of these methods in comparison with the traditional are given. The results of experiments on the creation of new classes of carbon-carbon composite materials based on reinforcing skeletons grown with the use of catalytic methods for producing carbon nanostructures are given. The possibility of using such skeletons instead of the traditional, made on the basis of industrial carbon fibers is shown. The results of definition of the purity of such fillers, the content of impurities are given the ways of the impurities penetration are analyzed. The use of gas-phase termogradієntnih methods for producing super pure coatings on the inner and outer surfaces of the graphite crucibles in their resistive heating are proposed and experimentally verified The principal possibility of using available in Ukraine, relatively inexpensive carbon fiber of the average quality for creation of the carbon/carbon composites with high properties is proved.
