The object of research: socioeconomic and technical systems. The subject of research: the process of modelling socioeconomic and technical systems. Methods of the research: analysis and synthesis, formalization and analogy, theory of fuzzy sets and fuzzy logics, methods of optimization, immitation modelling, theory of algorythms and statistical analysis. The main results obtained: It is proved that mathematic models used for the study of socioeconomic and technical systems are not adequate enough through certain simplifications connected with the problem of linking various parameters within one model and impossibility to formalize certain links between the parameters in traditional mathematic ways . They also have insufficient flexibility connected with the problem of parameters input and output and link shift between them without radical changes within the structure of the model. The further research was made into the general approach to modelling socioeconomic and technical systems on the basis of mathematic theory of fuzzy sets and fuzzy logics. A fuzzy mathematic model of evaluating credit capacity of borrower-enterprises has been developed to provide adequate formalization of expert knowledge about the connection of the financial state and business success of borrowers with their credit-capacity; it enables to link the indices having the quantitative measure scale with the qualitative parameters to evaluated by linguistic means; it enables to improve the accuracy of classification of borrower-enterprises according to the valid rates through learning a fuzzy model on the basis of real data. A fuzzy mathematic model for evaluating credit capacity of physical entities who are borrowers has been developed, which unlike traditional models provides more adequate formalization of expert knowledge, has a high adaptability potential to real data through optimization mechanism of parameters on the basis of learning choice. A fuzzy mathematic model for eveluating financial stability of commercial banks has been developed to adequately formalize expert knowledge through natural language concepts being much more comprehensible for analysts than abstract mathematic ones; this model has flexy structure which enables additional parameters input or output, expand the ranges of variation, change the interconnections between the parameters without changing the structure of the model itself; it has a high adaptive capacity to the expert data due to the numerous available parameters which can be optimized. A fuzzy mathematic model for eveluating strategic stability of enterprises which describes the connection of various evaluating parameters with the level of strategic stability with the help of linguistic statements has been developed. This model is flexible enabling necessary input and output of parameters, change of links between them without radically changing its structure. This model has a high adaptive potential and ability which is realized through parameters optimization on the basis of a learning selection of data It has been proved that for provison wholesalers the volumes of daily sales and returned goods have a random character and their distribution correspionds with the normal and exponent distribution law of probability distribution correspondingly. A mathematic model of turnover optimizing for the provision wholesalers which enables food trading enterprises to find such values for daily purveyance volumes from a producer at wholesale and retail prices, that the total ware purchase costs and buying the rests of of expired goods are minimal.
