The results of final tuning and study of electrodynamics properties of electron linac section with energy of 10 MeV and average power of 20 kW are described. It is shown that the measurement results are in good agreement with the calculated data. Section fully meets the requirements and is ready for operation. The results of the accelerator system development to upgrade an electron accelerator KUT-30, which operates as a part of the radiation-chemical area KIPT are presented. The system consisting of three sections operating frequency 2856 MHz is choice. The developed system allows to obtain the average power of the beam of 50 kW with electron energies up to 40 MeV.
