A research object is public relations that arise up at adjusting of spheres of civil and economic law. A research aim is forming of suggestions on the improvement of norms of civil and economic law and corresponding judicial industries on the basis of complex analysis of doctrine approaches of relatively legal institutes, positive foreign experience and present practice of application of law. Research methods: dialectical, formally-logical, comparatively-legal, complex analysis etc. Got scientific results: characterized by actuality, novelty, have a research and practice value, answer the level of modern legal science in the field of civil and economic law. A result is an exposure of circle of problems, researches of features and ways of improvement of regulation of leading institutes of civil and economic law in the conditions of construction of the socially oriented market economy, and also suggestions in relation to perfection of mechanism of the legal adjusting of civil legal relations and economic law, related to eurointegration direction of development of the state. Sphere of the use: introduction in the educational process of the Dnepropetrovsk national university. Scientific results are founding for forming of suggestions to the subjects of legislative initiative for modernisation of legislation of Ukraine in the field of certain, removal of blanks of the legal adjusting of relations in a private sector, expansion of legal guarantees of private initiative in economic relations and providing of development of economy of Ukraine.
