Object of research - a gondola car of 12-9745 model manufactured on 07.02.2012 by SE "Striy'sky VRZ" according to documentation 9745.00.000 TU U 35.2-01124454-032-2004 "Four axle gondola cars of 12-9745, 12-9745-01 models. Technical specifications" with lift-off roof, manufactured by Limited Liability Company "Metalurgtrans" (OOO "Metalurgtrans") according to technical task TZ 25.1-39156969-001:2014 "Metal structure of the roof for a railway gondola car" : "Lift-off roof of the gondola car" (hereinafter - TZ) and design documentation 001-2014-KM. Purpose of work - experimental research of strength characteristics of the lift-off roof test sample of the gondola car model 12-9745 and running characteristics of the empty gondola car with lift-off roof model 12-9745 for conformity assessment to normative documents requirements. In the report are given results of the following experimental researches of the gondola car model 12-9745 and the lift-off roof - impact strength test of the roof; - running dynamic tests of the empty gondola car model 12-9745 with the lift-off roof. Research work results are used for conformity assessment of a test sample technical characteristics of the gondola car model 12-9745 with the lift-off roof and the lift-off roof of the gondola car model 12-9745 to normative documents requirements.
