Object of study - the operation of transport in terms of intelligent transport systems The subject of the scientific and technical work - software development, technical solutions and hardware monitoring and interaction onboard information and communications complex vehicles and traffic management. Objective: Research and development components of information software systems based on the interaction of information systems and means of transport in operation, software development monitoring systems of vehicles to enhance their environmental safety in operation. The method of research is the application of information analysis and synthesis of complex computer systems in transport. The paper is applied analogy, generalized synergetic approach, physical modeling. Completed development and formation evaluation information system ways to ensure optimal temperature condition of engines and vehicles in operation, and means of intellectualization of monitoring and diagnostics of vehicles. Report on the implementation of research in accordance with GOST 3008-95. The research of the main components of the life cycle of facilities promoted. For example, the integrated system combined heating performed: development and formation evaluation information system ways to ensure optimal temperature condition of engines and vehicles in operation, and means of intellectualization of monitoring and diagnostics of vehicles The software and the individual elements of the existing structure of intellectual system of monitoring indicators of environmental safety of vehicles in operation. Scope of Use of the results - the transport infrastructure of organizations involved in the operation of transport in large cities and regions of Ukraine.
