The temperature dependence of the intensity vibrational-rotational absorption bands corresponding to deformation vibrations of the hydroxyl group of water molecules, isolated in an argon matrix. Found a set of rotational constants that satisfactorily describe the frequency and intensity of experimentally observed spectral bands. Analyzed the vibrational dynamics of protons in the protonated water dimer. Quantum chemistry methods designed structure and vibrational spectra (in harmonic and inharmonic approximation) protonated water dimer in various approximations.
